The Incredible Hulk Coaster Set For Refurb Universal Islands of Adventure

The good news is that if you like The Incredible Hulk Coaster at Universal Orlando, it’s about to get even better. The bad news is that if you are visiting Orlando anytime between September and the Summer of 2016, you won’t be able to ride it.

The Incredible Hulk Coaster is set to be closed for refurbishment starting September 8, 2015 and will remain closed for repairs/upgrades until next Summer (2016). While Universal did not release details around planned changes, it is believed that the ride launch system will receive an upgrade in an attempt to make the experience more immersive. Despite any rumors to the contrary, Universal has reassured everyone that the coaster will remain as The Hulk, and will continue to be incredible. Of note, the other attractions in Marvel Superhero Island will remain open during the refurbishment of The Incredible Hulk Coaster.
