Machine Head @ The Beacham Theatre, Orlando, FL 1/24/15

Machine Head rolled through Orlando this past Saturday and we were lucky enough to catch their nearly 2 1/2 hour show. Billed as “An Evening With Machine Head”, the band ripped through a catalog of songs from their 20+ years together. Opening with “Imperium”, Robb Flynn tore through each song with emotion and fed off the crowd’s appreciation. The band seemed pleased with the size of the circle pit at the Beacham, which took up most of the floor real estate from the front of the stage to the rear bars. Personal highlights included “Locust”, “Sail Into The Black” and “Halo”. It was truly a show that should not be missed when they play your city.
